Monsoon Steve McCurry

| 'Quite superb' | | – The Times |
New York-based photojournalist Steve McCurry is recognized internationally for his classic reportage. His work has won him numerous awards, including Magazine Photographer of the Year.
He had just completed a two-year working tour of India when he was commissioned by National Geographic to cover the monsoon season. For a further six months he followed the path of the monsoon from the tropics of the eastern hemisphere, through Southeast Asia to Northern Australia.
The resulting photographs, dramatic, vital and devastatingly real, are presented in this memorable volume, with McCurry's personal account of the challenging assignment.
